"THE FEELS AND SMELLS OF NATURE"

Monday's from 9:30- 10:30 at the Cottage for kids up to age 5 drop off or join us if you wish!

September 14th, 22nd, 29th and October 6th


All to often our kids are told not to jump into the puddle because they will get their shoes wet, or not to play with the mud because they will dirty their nice outfit. In these sessions we will play with the dirt and we will jump into puddles! After our walk in the woods we will create with what we collect. Each day will have a different focus, such as making crowns from leaves we collect and flowers that we press, or using sheeps wool to felt around a rock we find.

We will explore with water, rocks, dirt, flowers, twigs, feathers and whatever else Mother Nature gifts to us in our time together.

Cost:  $100 includes all materials & a healthy snack from the Earth.
 
 

"The Wonders of Autumn"

Monday's from 12:30-1:30 at The Cottage (or I pick up at Green Meadow at Noon....bring your lunch) for ages 4-7

October 20th, 27th and November 3rd and 10th

Day 1: Paper Making!  Recycle is the order of the day here.  We will create beautiful handmade paper using old paper, laundry lint and funky little treasures from the ground, like fuzz, string, flowers, leaves, etc.

Day 2:Today we will work with a gift from the sheep! Using soap and warm water we will make felt pumpkins from wool.


creating with color from our EarthDpaperay 3: Twiggy Trivet!! We will collect our treasures during a woodland walk to create an all natural and very usable woodland trivet. Nothing makes a holiday table more special than having beautiful items made by your kids!!

Day 4:  Let's make a tree Fairy! After a woodland walk in search of the perfect leaves, we will add beeswax and other goodies to create some special little Falltime Fairies. 

Cost: $100 for all classes, or $30 per individual class.  Price includes all materials & a wholesome snack from the Earth. Please add $20 for Green Meadow pick up.
